At Kearney Shed, we aim to make the delivery and building process as smooth and convenient as possible. Below, you’ll find the details of our delivery and construction policies for both in-stock and ready to build structures:
Delivery for In-Stock Buildings
- Free Delivery Within 50 Miles
If the building you purchase is in stock at our property and your location is within 50 miles, delivery is completely free. - Delivery Beyond 50 Miles
For locations beyond 50 miles, there is a delivery fee of $4 per mile, calculated from our property to your address.
Delivery and Placement, Installation, and Leveling for Ready to Build Structures
- Free Delivery Nationwide (Within Shop Radius)
If you place an order for a ready to build structure and are located within 50 miles of one of our approved dealers anywhere in the United States, delivery is free. - Local Builder Assignment
Once your order is placed, we will arrange for a professional builder located within 50 miles of your address to construct the building at your site.
If you would like the building to be leveled using materials other than wood, you will need to supply the brick, concrete block, etc.
Regional Builder Fulfillment
Once your order is placed, Derksen sends it to one of its shops, each held to the same high-quality standards and construction specifications. If you’re within our region, your building will be crafted by our trusted Amish shop in Sedalia, MO. For customers outside our region, another Derksen shop will handle the build. Our shop does not offer on-site or partial on-site construction. If on-site building is required, please let us know before ordering—accommodation may be possible through another shop, depending on your location.
